Integrating Impacts of Air Pollution and Climate Change on Ecosystems
Open science conference, hosted by the FP7 ECLAIRE Project

An open science conference, held in association with the FP7 ÉCLAIRE Project, ‘Effects of Climate Change on Air Pollution and Response Strategies for European Ecosystems’, will be held in Budapest, Hungary, on the 1st-2nd October 2014, following the 4th Annual ÉCLAIRE Project Meeting (29th-30th September).
The conference will be held at the Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest. It is anticipated that the open science conference will begin at 9am on the 1st and finish at 5pm on the 2nd.
Abstracts are invited for the following sessions:
S1: Emissions and Exchange Processes
S2: Emissions & exchange at local, European to global scales
S3: Ecological response processes and thresholds
S4: Ecological responses at regional and European scales
S5: Integrated risk assessment and policy tools
S6: Combined air pollution and climate change impacts on ecosystems
S7: Adding up the damage costs of nitrogen
S8: How is climate change altering the air pollution threat?
Abstracts for papers for presentation and posters must be submitted using a word template form which can be downloaded here. To submit, please attach the completed template to an e-mail, to firstname.lastname@example.org using the subject heading ABSTRACT2014 then your name, i.e. 'ABSTRACT2014DSMITH' . The new deadline for submission is the 31st July.
Please circulate information on the science conference widely (including outside the ÉCLAIRE project) and note that scientists at all stages of their careers are encouraged to submit abstracts. A flyer can be downloaded for information and circulation here.
